Gold Bets Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

By accessing the Gold Bets website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Gold Bets platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Gold Bets. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game play, customer support interactions and participation in tournaments or VIP programmes.

Gold Bets reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Gold Bets platform after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.

To open and use a Gold Bets account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gold Bets strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the holder is under 18 until verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws that apply to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of Gold Bets is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, address, date of birth or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• You must not be a Gold Bets employee, contractor, agent or a close family member of any such person, unless Gold Bets has provided explicit written permission to open an account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Gold Bets account only. Opening a second account — whether under your own name or using another identity — is strictly prohibited. Gold Bets employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and other technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances across all related accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Gold Bets login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Gold Bets will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. Any activity that takes place on your account while logged in using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact the Gold Bets support team immediately.

All funds on the Gold Bets platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. What you deposit in rupees is what appears in your Gold Bets balance in rupees.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Gold Bets accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. In rare instances of payment processing delays, please allow up to 15 minutes before contacting support. Do not attempt a second deposit if your first is pending — contact our team first.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your Gold Bets account. Gold Bets does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete in under 5 minutes. IBFT and card withdrawals are processed within the same business day for amounts under Rs 50,000. Larger amounts may require additional processing time and identity verification.

• Gold Bets reserves the right to apply a brief manual review to withdrawals above Rs 50,000 before processing. This is a fraud prevention measure and does not affect the validity of your winnings.
• If a withdrawal is held for review, the Gold Bets support team will contact you within 24 hours with the reason and expected resolution timeline.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player within 15 minutes of submission if the funds have not yet been processed. After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
• Gold Bets does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Gold Bets offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will apply.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new registered players making their first deposit at Gold Bets. The bonus percentage, maximum amount, eligible games and wagering requirement are displayed on the promotion page at the time of deposit. Welcome bonuses are available once per player — attempting to claim a second welcome bonus using a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms.

Reload Bonuses: Weekly reload bonuses are available to eligible players at all account levels. The terms — including percentage, maximum amount and wagering requirement — are stated on the relevant promotion page and in communications sent to your registered account.

VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback credited under the Gold Bets VIP Club programme carries zero wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to your balance every Monday. Cashback is available for immediate withdrawal.

Gold Bets reserves the right to:

• Withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a specific player.
• Void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting an error in a bonus calculation.
• Modify the wagering requirements or expiry dates of unclaimed bonuses with reasonable notice.

All games available on the Gold Bets platform — including card games, cricket and PSL betting, jackpot slots, Ludo, fishing games and other arcade titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or game section. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

RNG Games: All Gold Bets games that use a random number generator (RNG) — including slots, card games and fishing games — operate on a certified RNG engine that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of these games cannot be influenced by Gold Bets staff, other players or any external party.

Sports and Cricket Betting: Bet settlement for cricket matches and PSL fixtures follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or result cancellation, Gold Bets will apply the settlement rules stated in the betting section for that market. Bets already settled will not be revised unless an obvious error occurred in the original settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if confirmed:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that gives an unfair advantage in game play or betting.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in card games, Ludo or any multiplayer title.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting an error are void and will be removed from your balance. You are required to report any such error to Gold Bets support immediately upon discovery.
• Sharing a Gold Bets account with another person or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.

Gold Bets reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of rule violation, technical error or circumstances outside normal operation. In cases where a game round is interrupted by a technical fault before completion, the unresolved round will either be replayed from the point of interruption or voided, with the original stake returned.

Gold Bets is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and that players who need support accessing tools to stay in control should be able to get them quickly and without difficulty.

The following tools are available from every Gold Bets account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set period of play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Gold Bets account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit, bet or access games. The restriction is applied immediately and cannot be cancelled early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Gold Bets account and restrict reregistration for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the exclusion period.

Personal data collected during account registration — including your name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. Gold Bets does not sell personal data to third parties.

Gold Bets may be required to share player data with payment processors, identity verification providers or regulatory authorities when legally required. In all cases, data sharing is limited to what is necessary for the specific purpose.

In addition to the game-specific prohibitions described in Section 5, the following activities are prohibited across the entire Gold Bets platform:

• Any attempt to defraud Gold Bets or other players through misrepresentation, fake payment confirmation, chargeback abuse or any other deceptive practice.
• Use of the Gold Bets platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents during account verification.
• Accessing the Gold Bets platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any Gold Bets software, game logic or proprietary system.

Gold Bets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of prohibited activity. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Gold Bets will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may freeze account funds pending investigation.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact the Gold Bets support team immediately. We will review all suspension cases fairly and respond within 48 hours with the outcome of the review.

Gold Bets provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we maintain high availability standards and invest heavily in infrastructure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party payment system outages and force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions.

Gold Bets is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's inability to access the platform during a technical outage.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from platform use.
• Actions taken on a player's account by an unauthorised party who accessed the account using the player's own credentials.

In all cases, Gold Bets' maximum liability to any single player in respect of any single incident is limited to the net deposited balance in that player's account at the time of the incident.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Gold Bets account, a game result, a payment or any other aspect of the platform, the process is as follows:

1. Contact Support First: Raise the issue via the Gold Bets live chat or email. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant screenshots or reference numbers. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 4 hours and provide an initial response within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to the Gold Bets compliance team. Escalated complaints are reviewed independently within 5 working days.
3. Final Decision: The Gold Bets compliance team's decision on escalated disputes is final and binding for all operational matters. For payment disputes involving a third-party processor (such as a bank or mobile wallet), Gold Bets will provide all available documentation to support your case with that provider.

Gold Bets does not charge any fee for raising a complaint. Submitting a frivolous or abusive complaint repeatedly may, however, be treated as a breach of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Gold Bets Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gold Bets in respect of your use of the platform.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be severed from the agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses.

Gold Bets' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision for the future.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
